inspired by 'make me a supper model' eye candy challange
we are trying to mimic these shots

models will be dressed up as various candies,
including pixie sticks, candy canes and chocolate,
and asked to “embody” the candy for the photograph.

Anzac Day

since had leica m7 and two other cameras stolen in India 2009
(this mass disaster made me physically sick for few days),
i haven't use black & white film that much.

but i am coming back for them, will be in Melbourne for this year Anzac Day shoot.
after using digital camera for months,
wish i didn't lose the skill to drive my old school manual focus film cameras.

Suitcase Rummage

Sunday we went to 'Suitcase Rummage' @ King George Square,
nice event and beautiful crowd.

i meant to chat a bit & exchange name cards
but end up having ice coffee at the corner and just watching ppl.

for example a skull made with a floral design still embodies the grotesque associations which people have with skulls,

although need to save for the coming trips, we still get some sweetness from the market.

Tessa Leon

last Thursday did a promo shoot with cabaret performer , Tessa Leon at Globe.
photos will be used for media and her profiles as Tess is hosting the 'Poetry Slam' for State Library this year.
Tess enjoys big laugh and we had great fun~

really appreciate opportunities that work with artists.
wish in the future i am able to photograph each of beautiful & creative you. : )
